Job Details:
- CONTRACT ~March/April - could be extended if performing well and there is a need.
- Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week; 9a-5:30p with 30 minutes for lunch
- $19-23/hr depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience or 1+ years of EA (preferred candidates to have experience supporting a mgr/leader)
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced always changing environment
- Strong computer skills, MS word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language
Description:
- Performs secretarial and administrative duties in support of the Manager to the Office of the President & CEO. Responsible for managing phones, mail, scheduling, filing and general office management.
- Screens and directs incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual or department
- Answers questions/inquiries as needed. Researches and follows up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.
- Assists the Department Executive with scheduling appointments and maintains updates/changes calendar as needed
- Performs varies clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Types letters, correspondences, reports and presentations as needed
- Communicates both among the organization and to the community to successfully complete administrative needs as requested
- Maintains office, provides day-to-day administration through phone, written and face-to-face contract with all those needed assistance from Department Executive s office
- Maintains an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts lists, and any other pertinent information to the department director
