Responsibilities
  • Maintain commercial lease database
  • Interpret and analyze information for leases and amendments
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Create and maintain weekly/month rent reports
  • Review and reconcile statements and invoices
  • Audit landlord ledgers
  • Calculate billing statements
Experience
  • 3-5 years in full time accounting
  • Legal assistant background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the retail or restaurant industry
Work Type
  • Full time, onsite
  • Direct Hire
  • $50-60k/year
