  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial lease databases
  • Analyze and interpret lease information and amendments
  • Review and reconcile financial statements and invoices
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly rent reports
  • Audit landlord ledgers and calculate billing statements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-time accounting experience
  • Legal assistant background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the retail or restaurant industry
