Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the retail industry located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, United States. We are searching for a diligent File Clerk to support our team. The File Clerk will play a crucial role in digitizing car applications, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving any related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Digitizing car applications by scanning them accurately
• Ensuring the destruction of physical copies post digitization
• Inputting data related to car applications into our system
• Assisting in the scanning of checks as per requirement
• Ensuring all clerical duties are performed efficiently
• Handling correspondence related to customer inquiries
• Utilizing software such as Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, and About Time for various tasks
• Answering inbound calls and addressing customer queries
• Creating charts and graphs as per the requirement
• Maintaining a work schedule of 8:30-5 with a 30-minute lunch break.• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat to manage and manipulate PDF files
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services in handling payroll and HR services
• Knowledge of A-Systems for job-cost accounting and project management
• Familiarity with Epic Software for database management
• Competency in using IBM AS/400 for business computing tasks
• Proficiency in using About Time for mobile time and attendance tracking
• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Experience with creating charts and graphs for data visualization
• Proven capability in performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying
• Excellent correspondence skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with scanning documents and managing digital files efficiently
