Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices.
- Reconcile expenses to the general ledger and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and review work for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate actions to collect past due balances.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and adjustments.
- Degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
