Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our National Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in customer service call center environment required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution ability required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required; CRM/Phone Technology experience preferred
