Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavior Consultation and Psychological Services, PLLC.

This part-time position will be located at our clinic in Wilmington, NC, and will involve working with children in a one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy setting.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients.

Responsibilities will include providing tutoring and play-based therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with the treatment team to achieve client goals.

We offer a flexible schedule, paperless data management, and a strong administrative support team.

Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, life and LTD insurance, PTO, and professional liability insurance.

We also provide BACB supervision for RBTs and BCBA candidates, as well as a partnership with Purdue University Global for reduced tuition on applicable graduate studies.
