We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavior Consultation and Psychological Services PLLC. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in accordance with the therapy program written and developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized therapy plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentoring to ensure best practices in ABA therapy
