Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by developing and optimizing processes and workflows, analyzing inventory, and designing assembly line layouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing operations
  • Analyze and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization
  • Design and implement assembly line layouts to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with leads and supervisors to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Evaluate the impact of product design changes on manufacturability and develop solutions to improve production efficiency
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in lean manufacturing
  • Experience with design tools and Kaizen events
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (nice to have)
