The Customer Success Manager at Withleaf is a crucial member of the Commercial Team.
Leveraging extensive technical, product, and industry expertise, this role is dedicated to ensuring our clients in the agriculture sector receive outstanding service and insights to optimize the value of Withleaf's solutions.
The Customer Success Manager will cultivate, support, and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients, concentrating on integrations, scaling, product expansion, and account management.
This position is essential in fostering exceptional service, successful onboarding, account growth, and customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Identify key stakeholders and establish robust relationships with influencers and the core team utilizing Withleaf's solutions.
Account Strategy:
Formulate and implement Implementation Plans, Customer Success Plans, and account strategies that align client objectives with Withleaf's goals.
Onboarding and Communication:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they achieve initial value, and establish effective communication channels pre and post-implementation.
CRM Utilization:
Employ CRM tools to manage key account information, monitor interactions, assess the achievement of account objectives, and report on significant metrics related to product adoption.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct customer health assessments, identify critical goals, and key performance indicators to enhance client satisfaction.
Account Growth:
Engage continuously with clients to drive account growth through product utilization and identifying new product requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Support teams for product expansion opportunities and new implementation needs.
Customer Advocacy:
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are effectively communicated to internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing).
Key Competencies Required:
Service Proficiency:
Anticipate, identify, and swiftly resolve client concerns.
Effectively convey technical use cases and value to clients.
Act with urgency to positively influence adoption and customer engagement with Withleaf's APIs.
Technical Expertise:
Understanding of precision agriculture hardware and software.
Knowledge of APIs and their business significance.
Develop familiarity with Withleaf's APIs and pricing strategies.
Teamwork:
Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders within Withleaf regarding client needs, product use cases, and concerns.
Accurately document client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, agriculture).
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the agriculture or software industries.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements.
