Job Summary

This 10-week full-time internship provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You'll be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain valuable work experience and participate in projects that contribute to the success of our business
  • Participate in community service activities, professional development workshops, and mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Interact with senior leaders and have the opportunity to apply for future full-time roles during the program
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026
  • Major, minor, or concentration relevant to the position such as Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics
  • Willingness to relocate to the office locations listed above
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, such as active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products or coding software such as VBA, R, or Python
  • Prior internship/work experience and strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $23/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Relocation stipends will be provided for candidates that qualify. Location

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in one of the following office locations based on your preference: Hartford CT / Blue Bell PA / Atlanta GA / Chicago IL. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.
