About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Amery Hospital & Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including LPNs, CNAs, and MHTs, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Education and Training: Provide patient education and training on health-related topics, including medication management and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Possess a current WI RN license.
  • Skills: Strong keyboarding skills and computer knowledge, with experience with EPIC EMR System preferred.
