We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Amery Hospital & Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care through the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel, including LPNs, CNAs, and MHTs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Possess a current WI RN license.
- Demonstrates strong keyboarding skills and computer knowledge.
- Experience with EPIC EMR System is preferred.
