Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics department at Amery Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work closely with physicians, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to OB patients, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with Physicians: Work closely with physicians to provide patient care, communicate effectively, and educate patients and families.
  • Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in Departmental Activities: Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe department environment, assist with tasks related to the unit, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Meet Qualifications and Certifications: Possess a current Wisconsin RN license, current CPR certification, and obtain STABLE, NRP, and ACLS certifications within specified timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OB Experience: A minimum of one year of OB experience is strongly preferred.
  • EPIC Computer System: Experience with the EPIC computer system is also preferred.
