Job Summary:

The Luxury Event Support Associate is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of food service areas within specific suites and party zones, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients and guests.
  • Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to events, adhering to pre-order requirements.
  • Organize and prepare events in assigned locations, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Assist with closing out financials per event, ensuring accurate billing and seamless transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, upholding safety, sanitation, and a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory control and product requisition, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
  • Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, ensuring responsible service practices.
  • Respond to additional requests from guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure suites have all necessary serving ware.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Meet company standards for excellent attendance.
  • Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to events.
  • Recognize guests who are visibly intoxicated and take action to cut off alcohol service.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit, if required by state or federal regulations.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages, as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.

Estimated Salary: $12 per hour, plus tips.
