Role Responsibilities

The Residential Support Specialist will be tasked with overseeing the activities of residents, ensuring adherence to program regulations and standards.

This role also involves guaranteeing the safe custody and accountability of all clients while upholding a clean, secure, and organized environment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field. This position necessitates the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Candidates must exhibit positive leadership qualities and maintain composure in crisis situations. Experience in a residential environment is preferred.

Shift Availability

Shifts available include:

  • 1st Shift - 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • 2nd Shift - 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift - 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
