Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering an exceptional experience to all patrons
  • Welcoming guests and accurately taking their food and beverage orders
  • Remaining attentive to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience
  • Serving food from the kitchen to the tables
  • Ensuring that food orders are correct and presented beautifully
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations regarding food handling
  • Carrying out shift tasks such as restocking service areas, preparing utensils, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Quickness and attention to detail are essential
  • Must meet all company standards
  • Maintain a positive demeanor with colleagues and guests
  • Complete all required training and certifications
  • Keep a tidy work environment
  • Experience with Toast is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume dining setting is preferred
