Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional service to guests, vendors, and team members through various communication channels.
  2. Assist guests by providing directions and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Stay updated on safety and emergency procedures, assisting with evacuation routes as necessary.
  4. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals on the premises.
  5. Conduct guest identification checks to verify age and identity for compliance.
  6. Monitor guest and employee behavior, reporting any suspicious activities promptly.
  7. Carry out escorts, fills, drops, and other assigned tasks efficiently.
  8. Patrol designated areas, identifying potential risks and reporting concerns to management.
  9. Prevent unauthorized access and manage disruptive individuals in accordance with policies.
  10. Collaborate with management during investigations of disturbances or incidents.
  11. Ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
  12. Manage traffic control during peak times and events.
  13. Monitor alarm systems and relay information as needed.
  14. Project a positive and professional image of the organization at all times.
  15. Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
  • Previous security experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret safety rules and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must successfully complete CPR, First Aid, AED, and MAST certification exams.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to the organization’s values.

Licenses and Certifications:

Must obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to exert physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. The position may involve standing or walking for extended periods and assisting individuals with mobility needs. Exposure to outdoor conditions and tobacco smoke may occur.
