As a Tax Associate at H&R Block, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing expert tax training and support. You will have the opportunity to work with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools, preparing complete and accurate tax returns and generating business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients and prepare tax returns
  • Generate business growth and increase client retention
  • Offer additional products and services to clients
  • Provide IRS support to clients
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
