Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Surprise, Arizona. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. You will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans. You will establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $48 – $51.50 per hour, with a $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details*. Our Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details include:

  • SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
  • SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Arizona SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
