As a Tax Professional at H&R Block, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing expert tax services to our clients. You will conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools, prepare complete and accurate tax returns, and generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.

You will also provide clients with IRS support, mentor and support teammates, and complete 10 hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.

What you'll bring to the team...

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools video, phone, chat, email

  • Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation

Your Expertise:

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
  • Experience completing individual returns
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with virtual tools video, phone and chat
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
  • Must complete 10 hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
  • High school diploma / equivalent or higher
