COMPENSATION: $19 - $20 / hour based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee services for owners and guests, addressing their requests effectively.
- Assist in all aspects of maintenance, housekeeping management, and vendor relationships.
- Support the General Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training Property Managers and Maintenance Team Members.
- Ensure all properties meet NR brand standards by addressing maintenance issues and inventory needs.
- Coordinate and monitor owner arrival inspections.
- Manage Property Manager workflows efficiently.
- Maintain open, honest, and timely communication across all departments and central teams.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of operational systems and services in rental properties, including gas, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Work with the Assistant General Manager to manage inventory of consumable items efficiently and within budget.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties, coordinating with owners for necessary replacements using approved suppliers.
- Assist in completing work orders and billing for homeowners.
- Support financial reporting for the location.
- Conduct property inspections as per timelines set by the General Manager and management agreements.
- Ensure personalized attention for homeowners and an exceptional experience for guests.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the destination to effectively communicate with guests and other departments.
- Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
- Exemplify professionalism through a strong work ethic, appearance, punctuality, preparedness, and attitude to earn trust and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and/or background screening.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of home systems.
- Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated and highly autonomous.
- Capability to manage fluctuating workloads effectively.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in hours. Weekends and holidays are typically busy with guest arrivals and departures. The Property Operations Supervisor is entitled to two (2) days off per week but must remain available for emergencies or unexpected guest arrivals. Standard working hours are generally from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, though this may vary based on occupancy levels. All Property Managers are required to be on call 2 to 3 nights per week. Schedules may differ between peak and off-peak seasons, with vacation typically taken outside of high-demand periods.
