The Activities Supervisor is responsible for creating memorable experiences for resort guests. This role involves organizing and implementing engaging activities for a diverse population of guests.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and clean up materials for activities
- Lead and create engaging activities for guests
- Represent the resort at events and meetings
- Work collaboratively with departments to communicate activities and events
- Assist with guest reservations, requests, and questions
- Maintain knowledge of current resort events, amenities, and hours of operation
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Responsible for the upkeep of activities storage areas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to operate various office equipment
The Activities Supervisor will regularly work in outdoor weather conditions and occasionally in wet or humid conditions. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
