Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Telephone/PBX Operator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Develop strong relationships with our guests and colleagues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
