Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled LVN/LPNs to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document patient progress accurately
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Eligible, good-standing LVN license for the state in which you will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable providing in-home nursing care to patients of all ages
  • Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required - we offer comprehensive training for all nurses
