Position Overview

This role is integral to supporting our Full-Service locations, primarily focusing on human resources functions. The position will be based out of our corporate office.

Travel Requirements: This role may involve occasional travel to various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to management and staff on a variety of Human Resources functions, including regulatory compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Analyze and refine complex HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Mentor and coach HR team members, fostering professional development and expertise.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and ensure appropriate resolutions are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including regulatory bodies and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in human resources is required.
  • Experience in retail sales and knowledge of employee and labor laws is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for success in this role.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced training in HR management is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

This position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional requirements for weekend work.
