Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Laundry Service Specialist who is committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with others and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently dry clothing and linens following the manufacturer's guidelines after each wash cycle.
  • Inspect all linens for stains and apply appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate any needs to management.
  • Load laundry into washing machines and add designated cleaning agents as per instructions.
  • Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial cleaning methods and products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, such as laundry attendant or housekeeper.
