The Student Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for delivering management and administrative assistance to students attending various training courses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the orientation and class assignments for students, which includes:
  1. Monitoring personnel reliability program candidates.
  2. Guiding students in completing necessary administrative documentation.
  3. Providing instructions on required gear for classes.
  4. Managing student information updates and processing disenrollment packages.
  5. Attending specialized training courses as required.
Perform various administrative tasks, including:
  1. Assisting students with pay and leave inquiries.
  2. Preparing documentation for passport applications and visa requests.
  3. Utilizing online systems for processing student transfers and travel documentation.
  4. Overseeing the Student Sponsor Program and ensuring all students are matched with sponsors.
Act as a liaison with various personnel departments to resolve student-related issues.Coordinate graduation ceremonies, including:
  1. Submitting necessary documentation to mentors prior to events.
  2. Verifying and distributing awards and certificates.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity within a military training environment
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret directives and policies
