Paralegal Specialist

Carr Allison is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join its team in Tallahassee, Florida. As a key member of the litigation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including drafting legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
- Conduct case analysis and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- E-file documents with both State and Federal Courts.
- Summarize medical and billing records, as well as depositions.
- Manage cases from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation is highly desirable.
- A college degree and/or Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated and flexible individual with a positive attitude.
