  • Customer Service: Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact, setting service standard expectations for team members and providing support and empowerment to resolve member concerns.
  • Club Standards: Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring that all areas of the club are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Business Acumen: Acquire a deep knowledge of key metrics and reporting for total club and department performance, driving performance and profitability by using reporting to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge, forklift operator certification, and prior experience with merchandising and operations management.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising team members, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
Work Environment

The Night Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to temperature extremes in freezer or cooler units. The role requires standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces, with frequent need to position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, as well as to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach, move side to side, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools.
