Chief of Otolaryngology Services Opportunity

PAGNY is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Otolaryngology Services to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership to the Otolaryngology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Otolaryngology department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of New York.
  • Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Otolaryngology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
