  • Supervise and evaluate the work of junior accountants to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain a strong client focus, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering collaborative relationships with both clients and the assurance team.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with proficient report writing skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in public accounting and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • Possess a high level of ethics, responsibility, and self-motivation.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
