About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Associate to join our team at Advanced Inventory Solutions. As an Inventory Management Associate, you will be responsible for conducting inventory counts at various gas stations within our service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and efficient inventory counts using handheld scanning equipment
  • Travel to different gas stations, some of which may require overnight stays
  • Work independently, taking responsibility for multiple tasks to ensure a professional count is completed
  • Interact with clients, management, and employees of diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of customer service experience
  • Able to work on your feet for the entire shift
  • Able to get up consistently for early morning starts
  • Demonstrated competence in computer usage and functions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to AIS's policy
  • Reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Able to travel out of town and stay overnight in hotels
