Job Summary

Bottega Veneta is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Boston. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients
  • Effectively utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients and maintain accurate client profile records
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients
  • Assist management with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service related field, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
