Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Repair Technician (Guitar) at our esteemed store. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about music and have a strong understanding of guitar repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Guitar Center
  • Maintain and repair customer-owned instruments with precision and care
  • Assist in managing store inventory and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Fundamental knowledge of Guitar Center products (a plus)
