As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with store inventory.

You will build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Characteristics:

  • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience.
  • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
  • Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge.
  • Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Servicing customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship.
  • Maintaining store-owned gear as requested.
  • Completing warranty repair work.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.

  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
