Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (preferred)
