About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and other menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet guest demands.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests as needed.
