This position offers a salary of $60,000 - $85,000 per year. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative with Jobot, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance certificates.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry, a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, and proficiency in Word and Excel. You will be responsible for responding to client requests for certificates of insurance within 30 minutes of receipt, processing renewal certificates, data entry in the agency management system, quoting and processing add-on agreements, and policy processing.

You will also be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and documenting correspondence in the agency management system, reviewing activity follow-up lists daily, and assisting with cancellation processes. Additionally, you will assist with policy renewal processes, including obtaining Motor Vehicle Records, Loss Run reports from carriers and clients, and preparing renewal exposure requests.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior insurance experience, and a current and valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. Proficiency in Word and Excel is also required, as well as the ability to work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals.
