Join CentraCare Health as a Patient Access Assistant

At CentraCare Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients and visitors. As a Patient Access Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth registration process within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors.
  • Conduct patient registration and verify insurance details.
  • Schedule appointments and gather necessary information for billing purposes.
  • Utilize independent judgment and detailed knowledge of facility protocols.

Work Schedule:

Part-Time | 32 hours bi-weekly
Monday - Friday | Evening shifts from 2:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
Includes weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay at $17.57 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include: medical, dental, paid time off, retirement plans, employee discounts, and more.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess one to two years of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles, or have at least one year of experience in scheduling, billing, patient access, accounts receivable, or collections.
