Lead Dentist Role at Aspen Dental Careers

This is a unique opportunity to join Aspen Dental Careers as a Lead Dentist, overseeing the clinical direction of our dental practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, mentoring new dentists, and maintaining the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community through networking and professional associations
