About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product design and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an individual contributor with potential for managerial growth.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to gather requirements and validate products.
  • Draft technical requirements for products, plan, test, and ensure execution meets business expectations.
  • Oversee product rollouts, provide ongoing support, and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Be the primary contact for product questions, requests, and guidance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering and product management, particularly with analytics products.
  • Proven experience managing the full development cycle from ideation to rollout.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Expertise in gathering, interpreting, and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile processes and product rollout.
Desirable Skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to streamline delivery processes.
  • Excellent internal communication and organizational abilities.
