Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:
Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our network engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical writing, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects related to Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient support and troubleshooting.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and status.
Requirements:
8+ years' work experience in a relevant field
Proven experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with networking technologies.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, Cisco or Arista certifications, previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
