Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

Company Overview: Harnham is a leading recruitment agency partnering with prominent financial services firms. Our client focuses on consumer and multi-unit businesses, managing over $33 billion in assets.

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a suite of analytics products critical to our client's internal operations and external consulting for portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of analytics products, from requirements gathering to rollout and support.
  • Collaborate with deal teams, engineers, and data scientists to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Validate products and analytics by analyzing datasets and diving into SQL queries.
  • Balance functionality and speed, prioritizing pragmatic solutions over perfection.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, manage product rollouts, and handle vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering and product management, specifically with analytics products.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with large datasets and complex models.
  • Strong skills in gathering and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and streamline delivery processes.
