Job Overview

Resource Restoration Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

We are a leading environmental design and construction company in the Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in stream restoration, natural channel design, regenerative stormwater conveyance, bio-retention, and wetland creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material management.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
  • Manage materials, fine grade, and work in tight areas, including natural rock stacking.
  • Experience in excavation, grading, heavy equipment operation, survey, construction plan interpretation, and general labor is preferred.
  • Travel is required, and hourly rates increase on prevailing wage/wage rate projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of mainline production experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and working in challenging environments.
