Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $31,200.00 to $48,000.00 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Process requests for policy changes from customers.
  • Manage incoming claims calls and ensure follow-up.
  • Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty to our products.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Able to establish relationships from scratch.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
