FCS, Inc. is an urban community health center seeking a licensed clinician to provide mental health services in local schools.

Job Overview

School-based behavioral health clinicians play a vital role in providing accessible and supportive care to students in need. As part of our team at FCS, Inc., you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultation, assessment, treatment, and educational workshops to students on-site at the school.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional who can work collaboratively with our Nurse Practitioner and Community Health worker to coordinate student care and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services to students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with school staff and other stakeholders to integrate services and promote student well-being
  • Develop and deliver educational workshops on mental health topics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A license to practice as a clinician in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MSW)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and populations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
