Position Overview:
The Early Childhood Education Leader is entrusted with the vital role of fostering the social, emotional, intellectual, language, and physical growth of each child.

This position involves working with infants and children up to the age of 5 within a secure and nurturing educational setting.

Parental Engagement:
It is essential for the educator to engage parents in all facets of the program, collaborating with them to set both immediate and long-term objectives that ensure the necessary readiness outcomes for academic success.

Child Development Focus:
Encourage children's social and emotional growth by providing warmth, sensitivity, nurturance, acceptance, and safety. Establish a secure environment for play and assist children in understanding their feelings and emotions.

Documentation and Assessment:
Conduct daily evaluations and document each child's experiences through the Teacher Strategy Go application.

Feeding and Development:
Facilitate age-appropriate feeding and promote social and emotional language through play.

Lesson Planning:
Design and implement monthly lesson plans aligned with the Head Start curriculum. Maintain a 1-4 teacher-to-child ratio, with two educators per classroom, accommodating a maximum of 8 children.
