Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at INIC Preschool. As an Infant Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the classroom and maintain a safe and healthy environment for the babies in your care.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants.
  • Establish a positive and open relationship with each baby's family, encouraging their participation in the program.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each baby's progress and development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (some college or GED preferred).
  • Minimum one year of experience working with infants and toddlers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally in the Spanish language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
