Position Overview:

The Magnolia School is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated preschool team. We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop professionally and have a genuine passion for nurturing young minds. In this role, you will be responsible for the educational development of children aged 3 to 5 years.

Our classrooms accommodate up to 18 children, supported by 1 or 2 educators based on enrollment levels. All children are independent in their potty training; however, assistance may be needed during the potty process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating academic growth and learning.
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment.
  • Encouraging social and emotional development.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including meals, restroom needs, and rest periods.

Successful candidates will collaborate with our preschool team, which consists of three other educators and a coordinator. The Magnolia School is a private institution catering to students from preschool through 8th grade.

Our mission is to cultivate a lifelong love of learning in our students through a personalized and self-paced educational approach. Our preschool program emphasizes a harmonious blend of social-emotional growth, play, and academic learning.


Work Schedule and Benefits:

Working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with 7 weeks of paid school leave offered annually.
